Most orders ship within 3 days. Tracking number will send to your email after shipping.
EU warehouse
Free 7-21 day shipping to most EU countries.
HK warehouse
Ship to most countries of the world - USA, EU, ASIA, etc.
Delivery time depends on your country and may take 7-21 days.
We will not charge any tax for your order, but if your shipping address requires customs duties, you may receive a customs bill when the parcel arriving your country's customs. These fees are the sole responsibility of you.
For USA, tax is free when the declared value under $800. Other countries, please inquiry your local customs

P.O. Boxes
For security reasons, we do not ship to P.O. boxes, so please fill your personal shipping address when checkout.
Shipping Restrictions

Order Processing and Tracking
Once your order is placed, we will send information about your order to the email address you provided during the checkout process.
Order confirmation
The order confirmation email will send to you when checkout the order and provides a summary of the items on your order and shipping address & billing address info. And then we will ship your order out at the same business day.
Order Processing
Orders received before 5pm PST will ship the same business day. Orders received after 5pm PST will ship the next business day.
Shipment Notification
Once your order has shipped, we'll send a shipment notification email. This email includes the carrier name, tracking number, and delivery date. You can click the tracking number to track your package on the carrier's website.
Order Tracking
To track the status of an existing order, go to our Order track page. Enter your Tracking Number to view the status of your order. You can find the Tracking Number in the Shipment Notification. If you are not able to locate your Order/ Tracking Number, or have any additional questions regarding the status of your order, please submit your questio to contact Beyondskyrc.
Inspection and Sign
As drone products are a big purchase, please inspect the package upon delivery. Once you (or someone else on your behalf) signs for the item, Beyondskyrc will consider this your acceptance of the package, quantity, and product.
To protect your rights, you are highly recommended to shoot a complete unboxing video and check the items according to the packing list. If items are missing or damaged, please contact Beyondsky Support within 24 hours after you receive the package so that we can resolve the problem immediately.
